Due to our family running the business, our on-call maintenance is very quick to respond and resolve any issues. 

We offer 5 different apartment locations conveniently located in the heart of Nederland, TX. Our apartments range from one and two-bedrooms. The spacious layout of each apartment is dependent on the location of the complex. Our one bedroom apartments are 801 square feet and our two bedrooms are 1081 square feet. All apartments have central air/heat, full size washer and dryer connection, cable, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceiling fan(s) and more!  ​
